31 Easy Ukulele Songs: A Beginner Ukulele Book for Kids & Adults with TABs, Chords & Strumming Patterns

Decided to take up ukulele and spent quite a while on here deciding on a book and instrument and I’m really glad I chose this book. I’d never played a string instrument before but the book is really clear and straightforward without being overly heavy with theory and history. It guides you through everything you need to know to start practicing and reading the music and introduces new chords slowly making them easier to pick up, while repeatedly using chords you already know to give you a chance to practice them. There’s a nice selection of songs to move through that most people will recognise, as well as lots of hints and tips as you go. Would recommend this book and happily pick up any more by Haché.

This song book is differentiated for different learners and ability levels. It's the second ukulele book I've purchased from Pierre Haché and I highly recommend it.

manches nicht, spiele/ übe seit ca drei Jahren Ukulele und verstehe nicht wie ein 0/ zero string gespielt werden soll, wenn z.B ein C gespielt werden soll und gleichzeitig zero - kann mir bitte jemand erkläre, wo ich eine verständliche Erklärung dafür finde? Ganz lieben Dank schon einmasl im voraus. Ich hätte großen Spßaß daran in meinem Spiel weiterzukommen.

Great step-by-step instructions that teach a beginner/Intermediate Uke player to learn the basjcs and graduate to a well rounded player that can read Tab, Strum proficiently several patterns and rythyms. Lot's of chords included. Some with alternate shapes that make difficult chords easier to play. Great variety of songs that are fun and give the student confidence to continue learning and enjoying playing the ukelele! Highly reccommended for alk who want to enhance their life with music.

OK, this book has 31 songs in it. BUT, I think it is a RIP OFF!!!. None of the songs have Music Notation, which helps the reader to perfect the rhythm of the song. Also I bought another book of 30 Ukulele songs when I placed my order. The other book DOES HAVE music notation AND, 1/3 of the price of this one.So buyer beware !!!
