Werkt eenvoudig en nauwkeurig.

Ce modèle est plus efficace et surtout plus précis. cette version fournie avec un accu, le chargeur et le coffret est une super affaire. L'utilisation du détecteur n'est pas toujours évidente. je conseille de s'entrainer avant sur une parois où vous connaissez déjà la présence de tuyau, de montant métallique ou de câble. Pour ceux-ci il est conseillé d'établir un courant en allumant la lumière ou en branchant un appareil sur la prise. Enfin pour la détection il est conseillé de poser la main sur le mur. Le "viseur" permet une détection précise. Bonne appareil qui évite beaucoup d'accident.

Had high hopes for this, unfortunately it didn't live up to them... Tested first on floorboards (with the joists visible through the gaps). As soon as you put it on the floor it 'detects' the floorboard! Did seem to get slightly more excited when reaching a joist with the cross-hair and box displayed for the middle of the joist - but not for another joist I went over... It also didn't make any different noise/display when it went over the copper radiator pipe under the floorboards.Next test was in a garden office being built. Plywood wall over the joists - but it only found 1 in three that I tried, and even then couldn't decide where the middle was. On another wall (same construction) it didn't see the joist at all, but did detect power - except the power was about 30cm above the device running in galv trunking on the surface...Next test was on plasterboard and it did detect the studs ok (I could't tell how accurate it's joist centre function was though).It also did detect a power cable in a plaster wall, but it seemed to be about 5cm to the left of where the cable should be running - I didn't dig out the plaster to check though!I don't know if mine was faulty (I've returned it as such) or if they are all like this.I was wavering between this one and the more expensive d-tect 150, but this experience has rather put me off them both! The instructions do say to check the building drawings before drilling, but that does rather defeat the point of the thing at all...
