I have several of these batteries already having change from regular glass matt and decided to add 2 more. One of the 2 was faulty, unfortunately, Amazon asked me to speak with the manufacturer directly, which I did, response was swift, courteous and I had a replacement delivered to me within a couple of days. Batteries are great value for money and I am pleased with the product

I have three of these batteries in parallel for a 24v system. One of the batteries gave poor/false readings for the volts. I didn't know how to reset the bms so I asked for a refund and it was granted quickly. That was great as I knew I was covered in case I couldn't rectify the situation.I looked up support and the website wasn't very good and didn't have the information I needed. So, I used the contact info and contacted Dylan via WhatsApp. Lo and behold he answered with the solution in less than a minute and in 3 minutes I had pictures to let me know how to do it!!!!The great news is the battery BMS is reset and the system is working flawlessly and I didn't have to wait for a replacement AND you can be confident they stand behind the product

Initially the voltage display reads 26.2 volts. I did take it apart and found no internal damage -- only the black terminal cap was damaged aside from the small dent. The batteries are covered with a PCB, so I could not see how they were connected together, nor was there much space to see the BMS.It looks like the wire to the anderson connector is a smaller gauge wire than the terminals ( Tech suppot 'pinky' said the anderson connector wires have been upgraded from 20A to 50A, but I didn't see this on my battery) The review above reviewing the anderson connector was for a 12v battery, mine is 24v so it may not be a problem.Overall, it seems like a good value. I got my battery for 849, it looks like the price was raised to 899 just after I bought it.After 4 months the battery has been working perfectly. I will probably get another when I move more appliances over to solar.The feature I miss most is the low temp sensor that cuts off charging/discharging at temps below freezing. I plan to add a Falcon RV tank heater ( $35 on amazon - 12v, 65w ), and switch it on ( using the car adaptor ) when the temps fall below freezing.

This battery is by far the best I've seen so far. From full capacity to fully drained, I was able to get 147AH out of it with a 20A constant load on it. I put this in my camper and the USB ports on the side are a nice touch for charging devices. I paired this with a Solar Hybrid Inverter from Eco-Worthy and being able to run appliances and have the battery charged in situations where we can't plug in is nice. We even got it to run the A/C in 80F degree nights over night with still 20% left in the battery. We will be buying another one and some more panels.

Bin using this 2-- 24 volt 150 Ah for 9 days straight with a 3000 watt inverter from sigineer The power went out from Hurricane Helene ..these Batteries rock and work Good and would recommend.....
