Einerseits ist die Casserole zum Schwenken mit einer Hand noch entsprechend leicht und führbar, andererseits hätte ich mir einen halbem Millimeter mehr Wandstärke gewünscht, so dass das Gewicht höher ist und die Casserole nicht so leicht im leeren Zustand kippt.Glasdeckel bei einer allseits bekannten französischen Konkurrenz dazu gekauft.

Beautiful piece of engineering that works. The distribution of heat is very quick and most importantly, even. Hefty price tag, but worth it. Now buying another slightly larger pan, as we save the pennies for the next!!!

Ne ho 2 di diametro 20. Sono eccellenti, veramente per amanti della cucina e fanno la differenza quando si usano!Io le stra-consiglio!L’unica cosa sono più pesanti rispetto a delle pentole in acciaio, ma non sono fatte per saltare, quindi che pesino impatta poco, e chiaramente... si possono lavare anche in lavastoviglie, perché comunque è rame e acciaio, e non rame stagnato, ma in ogni caso per la preziosità del prodotto, io le lavo a mano... penso che in ogni cucina non dovrebbe farsi mancare almeno 1 pezzo così! 👍🏻
