Bought this bike in March. Worked like magic in the first months but broke down several months later. Engwe claims my warranty is nog longer valid and don't accept a return after 6 months. They offered me €50 (which I never received) and sent me a new handle to try to fix the problem with my bike. Had to take the bike apart myself, because no bikeshop will do it for you but it still didn't work.Been going back and forth with their 'customer service' but there is no way they will help you. One way communication without resolve. They are not going to help you. Neither will Amazon. Don't buy this product.€600 down the drain.

This is a very bad bike to pedal without battery.When your battery runs out… good luck pedaling home! There is no pedal assist. And pedal, at max you will deive at 7km/h… better to walk!Moreover, this is small, heavy, and they could have at least send me a new one. Instead, I got what seems to be a refurbished bike and several issue with the bike. I am quite disappointed and it seems the seller will not allow me to send it back without me paying for the return costs.. do not fall in the same as me.. and do not believe those youtubers who review products but are not genuinely telling the truth.

Le vélo est vraiment pliable et pratique à mettre dans le coffre. La norme européenne impose une vitesse sans pédalage de 6 kms heure par contre avec l'aide du pédalier le vélo prend très vite une bonne vitesse.A souligner le service après vente est particulièrement efficace pour tout renseignement pratique.Belle acquisition

Estoy encantado hasta ahora he hecho mis primeros 13 km y solo ha bajado 1 linea de batería aun queda 3mas siempre asistido con pedal, estoy muy contento con los resultados🤗👍.

Me ha encantado, es una pasada va muy bien por poner alguna pequeña pega pesa un poco pero por lo demas estupenda.

Sono molto contento di aver acquistato la bici elettrica pieghevole ENGWE mod.14 sicuramente a breve ne acquisterò un 'altra per mio nipote...questa scoperta del motorino dovrebbe essere più considerata dai nostri governi....grazieAdriano Antonacci
