This is a reducer headset and comes with a reducer crown race for the fork. It allows you to run a fork with a straight 1-1/8 steerer tube in a modern frame with a tapered head tube (1-1/8 top to 1-1/2 bottom.)It's a great OEM sealed bearing headset, luckily I had a 1-1/2 crown race that works!

This headpiece is the exact headpiece for this frame of bike. It went in easy yes you have to use a rubber mallet to get the rings on to the fork and a piece of wood so that way you’re not damaging your bike but they went easy and my fork is on and it looks beautiful And Clean
