Snel, netjes en heel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Vreselijk spul, lost niet op in flesvoeding. Als je het daarvoor wil kopen, koop het niet!!!

Had het gekocht om babyflesjes mee in te dikken maar kwam erachter dat het helemaal geen Johannes broodPITmeel is maar johannesbrood meel dit is echt een groot verschil het zou dus niet zo mogen heten..

We kochten deze JPBM om onze flesvoeding aan te dikken. Helaas was dit niet mogelijk.

Dikte niet in. Loste niet of bijna niet op en had andere kleur dan reeds eerder aangekocht johannesbroodpitmeel. Was niet bruikbaar om een vloeistof in te dikken.

De media kon niet worden geladen.

Wir haben es als Verdickungsmittel für Marmelade ohne Kochen benutzt.Funktioniert, aber es schmeckt bei einigen Früchten (z. B. Sauerkirschen) etwas "mehlig".Dieser Effekt wird verringert, indem man z. B. Bananen hinzumixt.

So misguided and full of good intentions that I am, I wanted to use the natural alternative for food grade thickener e410. Thought this would be it. Got this for my newfound love for home made ice cream and I wanted to up my game and make egg free Italian style gelato. I usually get stuck experimenting in the kitchen and try new things for long period of times. It’s soothing. Having a hobby that calms me is very important for me since I don’t like people and don’t have the patience to make friends. This product looks and tastes like wrinkly hippie and I highly doubt it’s food grade at all. Used four grams to thicken my dairy Ice cream and right when I got it out of the bag I realized I should have reconsidered. This thing is vile. The powder stinks up your whole kitchen. And it’s one of those smells that you recognize but you can’t really put your finger on what it is. Was it warm feet? Wet mushroom or moss?. The smell of when you buried your hamster that accidentally got sucked up by the vacuum? It has a really distinct smell that doesn’t go in food. As for the ice cream base… (yes I tried completing the recipe because hey, there might be happy ending to this, right?). There wasn’t. Ice cream didn’t thicken. The powder of ground misery or whatever this is sedimented and resulted in a brown speckled sewer layer in my ice cream. I thought maybe everything turns out ok if I churn the ice cream and it gets cold?. Maybe the smell would go away? It did not. Dogs ran outside. Kitchen stinks of dead tree. Ice cream tastes of mulch. My tounge still tastes funny as I’m writing this. I see no use for this product. I’m now off to see if it will deter the neighbors cat from peeing on my flowers. I will post an update if it works.
