Toestel voldoet. Verkoper viel tegen. 2 toestellen besteld, beide verpakkingen waren open geweest en slordig weer dichtgemaakt. Bij 1 toestel paste de sleutel niet! Kon ik dus niet gebruiken. Na contact snel een ander paar sleutels toegestuurd gekregen maar ook die pasten niet... Weer contact en vlot geld terug gekregen van dat toestel. Al bij al heeft de verkoper dus snel en eerlijk geregeerd maar het was toch maar een rommelige bedoening...

I had seen various versions of this being advertised online but I decided to go for this one as its from a name that I had become more aware of and therefore more trusted. It works as described and is easy to fit/ unfit on the bike and relatively easy to put into a bike jacket when travelling.This version is preferred over others in part due to the alarm (very loud), but also the rubber pads that protect the brake lever and grip (other versions I had seen these were either absent or seemed to easily come away from the lock).I chose the red brake lock as its a more visual deterrent. As with all security any user must be mindful security should be layered - these locks can be overcome (searching online will advise how) and so this for me is something I use in conjunction with other security measures and users should consider this will delay someone stealing a bike rather than preventing it from happening. Also if the bike is parked somewhere in the open that would make it more obvious that someone is trying to overcome the lock / steal the bike it should hopefully put someone off taking the bike as its too much effort.The only recommendation I would make to manufacturers - is to reduce the sound of the warning alarm that tells you you had turned the alarm on - that itself does not need to be so loud.
