Kundenservice sehr hilfsbereit.

Doesn't work 75% of the time with Alexa. As other reviews have mentioned, the power cable is ridiculously short, but that's fixable, so whatever.Where this device utterly fails is in its smart home functionality. After a struggle getting Alexa to even find it at all, it just worked whenever it felt like it. I tested it in a very small space, and while its app said it was seeing me, it failed to trigger the corresponding routine, almost every time. After a couple hours of using the laughably poorly made app, I decided to return this and the Pro version that I also purchased

I want to like this, but honestly, a battery-powered PIR sensor works better for 20% of the price. Tricky to setup (wouldn't detect it initially) and the app UI is awful (e.g., typos with very small font). Got it integrated with Home Assistant after more fiddling around. It detects 2 people when there is only one. It doesn't detect any at times when sitting still. The stand/bracket is flimsy. Hopefully future firmware and App updates help, but I'm not a fan.Update - I relocated it to my office where it works well to turn the lamp and fan on/off when I enter/leave the room.

I really like the device and its unique functionality of detecting up to four zones of activity. I LOVE that I'm able to trigger Amazon Alexa routines with the four triggers. That being said, out of the box, there will be a bit of tweaking, trial, and error to get things dialed in just the way you want. If you want a simple device, I wouldn't recommend this one. While it has a basic setting, the company sells a cheaper option with a more simplified zone setup that's based on distance alone.I've had it for a few weeks, and I'm still fine-tuning the combination of sensitivity and timing for when to turn things on or off. I like things turning off almost immediately after I leave a room, but if I have it set TOO soon, it may turn the lights off and then back on when it momentarily doesn't detect me. I'm confident that I'll have my settings perfected soon. There are also some language issues in the app and the instruction manual. Again, no deal breakers here, but you may need to refer to some of the smarthome reviews on YouTube to get everything sorted out. When it comes to installation, the mount that it comes with is a nifty design. The plastic isn't the most confidence-inspiring, but it does extend and allow both rotation and direction adjustments. The only issue I'm having is that the adhesive won't stick well to the device or my wall, which, when something is so reliant on how it's mounted, means that it falling off may require you to readjust the settings when you reattach it. I finally just used my own adhesive tape and forsook the included mount. The USB cord could also stand to be a bit longer, but I was able to order a USB extension cord without issue. The size is small and discreet. There's a small light inside the unit, but nothing that you'll see when it's in use. After I test this device a bit more, I'm considering replacing all of my traditional motion sensors (currently I use 4) with I really like the device and its unique functionality of detecting up to four zones of activity. I think the product has potential, but I've been disappointed with the mounting components. I've had trouble with the double-sided tape actually holding the sensor to the supplied mount. The mount relies on double-sided tape and would be better if it used magnets. Once you mount it, the reset button becomes inaccessible since it is covered by the mounting tape. The device seems to register small movements, but it keeps falling off of the mount so I haven't been able to really use it for my desired purpose.
