Nordic Ware 48643 Vers gebakken broodpan, staal, koper

So this Nordicware pan, I baked my first loaf of bread in it yesterday and I must say the bread came up very nice, much better in this pan.I never put any of my metal bakeware in dishwashers, always hand wash them, so there is no excuse for coating to come off. The Nordicware seems very rugged and the coating appears to be very good. I like it very much.I have a Wilton (you would think very good brand, right?) that I've had for a few years now. I never use metal on it, use a silicone spatula to remove baked product and NOW the coating is flaking off. Very disappointed in Wilton. They used to be so good.Nordicware seems to be much better.

It works as described and I really like that the bread just drops out of it. I have always used Nordic Ware, so I got this without looking where it was made as I assumed in was made in the USA like everything else of theirs I own. Sadly it was made in China, I should have read the blurb more closely, but then I probably would have still bought it because it was cheaper than the other brand carrying this size bread pan.

was a little disappointed as i baked pumpkin bread for one hour and after i let them cool i had to take a butter knife around to get themout they stuck i little on the bottem overall i like the pan and thinking i might have to spray the pan a little

I love the copper bakeware. This worked out great and the price was awesome

Works great and no sticking so far. Items that would ordinarily stick simply slide right out of the pan.
