Have been using these bands for over a year, usually about twice a week for 5-10 sets. No signs of wear and tear yet. I'd recommend storing these at room temperature in the provided bag, as I've heard from others that leaving them in a cold/damp garage will cause them to tear very easily.

This is my second time writing this review. The first was never posted for some reason.The largest band snapped during my first time using them, during my very first set. The material seems to be more of a plastic than any kind of rubber. Returned for a refund.

De kwaliteit is redelijk slecht. Dank dat het gezien de lage prijs ook wel logisch is. Banden kunnen wel hun nut hebben, maar de rek (en het materiaal) is anders dan bij duurdere merken, dus ik verwacht niet dat ze lang mee gaan.

Binnen 2 weken was 1 van de banden al geknapt. Heel jammer, want ze waren enorm fijn in gebruik!

Goed product beter dan ik had verwacht.

I was worried at first that this would be a waste of my money as I might not use them at all. At first it was difficult to implement them into my training however after watching a few videos on YouTube I was confident that I could use them effectively.When I bought these I could not do a single pull-up. Cut to now, only a month or so later, I can comfortably do sets of 5 and have noticed a considerable change to my lats.Aside from their use being exceptional, they look and feel very professional, upon receiving the package I felt like I was getting my money’s worth. They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit.I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes.

El kit en sí es perfecto. Gran variedad de resistencias, a un precio menor o similar al de otros kits pero incluyendo todo lo necesario, que algunos no incluyen la banda amarilla, con la resistencia más baja.. Y si, también los mosquetones.Basándome en algunas de las opiniones aquí escritas que decían que no traía mosquetones y que el artículo no los específica en el contenido, solo los muestra en las fotos, incluí en el pedido otros que no sólo son demasiado pequeños (aunque les buscaré algún uso) si no que no son necesarios. ¡El kit traía dos mosquetones grandes muy bien rematados!En fin, si estás interesado en el kit no dejes de pedirlo. Si ya viene sin mosquetones lo devuelves o te pillas unos en una ferretería o tienda de deportes. En mi caso venían las 5 bandas, las dos agarraderas, los dos mosquetones, el tope para puerta, una bolsa grande para transporte con asa donde cabe todo (el kit no pesa casi nada) y un pequeño manual de ejercicios. Todo bien protegido en plásticos individuales, aunque menos plástico hubiese sido deseable. ¡Así que encantado!

+ Amazing value for money.+ Quality seems good (Used this set for 15-20 training sets so far and all was fine)+ The door anchor is super useful (Make sure to use a solid door though, and personally I wouldn't use it too far from the hinges or the lock)+ Can work pretty much every muscle with this. Loads of resources online.- Would have been glad for an additional band on the high end for some exercises, but using two band together also does the trick. Didn't find any other set that had a thicker one included, only for separate purchase. Straps for attaching to legs would also have been cool, but this is all a bit of a wishlist, what you get for the price is really fine.- The attached instructions are more or less worthless
