Ci serviva un termometro per constatare la temperatura del nostro forno a legno, abbiamo provato con questo e devo dire soldi ben spesi, lunghezza del sondino molto ampia che ci ha permesso di sistemare il termometro dove volevamo, prima infornata di brioche alle temperature dovute e ottima riuscita niente bruciature e cotte a puntino. Qualità e prezzo basso. Ottimo come sempre la consegna e l'imballaggio del pacco, Amazon siete grandi...

Installation dans un four à pizza à bois

 

Built this into my brick BBQ, and weaved it between the bricks. I left enough slack so that I could adjust the sensor. I was initially going to just mount it, but it requires a recessed space in order to mount it, so a little more work is forthcoming. Used it for the first time recently, and it reads just fine. It's pretty responsive. The pile of coals was small and it showed nearly 200 degrees just inches from the coals.
