Een Scoby (symbiotische cultuur van bacteriën en gist) is de slaapzaal voor alle gezonde bacteriën en gist, die je zoete thee in sprankelende, natuurlijk bruisende kombucha veranderen.
Elke SCOBY is gegroeid tot 15,5 cm in diameter en bevat ten minste 350 ml startervloeistof. Het is voldoende om 8 liter kombucha te brouwen.
Om je de beste brouwervaring te bieden, gebruiken we rijpe starterthee die minstens 6 weken oud is. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je cultuur vol sterke, gezonde bacteriën zit en klaar is om te brouwen als je bent.
De levende cultuur wordt ook geleverd met gedetailleerde stapsgewijze instructies die het brouwen van je eigen kombucha vergemakkelijken. Bovendien heb je toegang tot e-mail- en telefoonondersteuning om je te helpen.
Bandenstarter: onze rijpe starterthee is ten minste 6 weken oud. Dit betekent dat je cultuur vol sterke, gezonde bacteriën zit en klaar is om te brouwen.

It was my first kombucha making experience but instructions were super easy to follow & I’m now on my third round of kombuchas , experimenting with different flavours (just add ginger / fruit/ etc) The scooby is big and healthy, I use it in my 2litre jar but I’m sure it’s do well in a bigger one too.It honestly gave me an authentic taste & much better value for money healthy drink!100% recommend!

Received my SCOBY safely with a sweet personal message from Sorsa and a detailed instructions pamphlet. SCOBY is healthy with enough starter tea, and produced a great first time batch of kombucha! I was worried how it’s turn out as this was my first time ever making it, but it worked well with no complications in a 5L jar and I’m currently working on the second fermentation. Highly recommend Sorsa!

The first ever kombucha scoby which helps produce my kombucha tea drink together with the starter liquid in which it lives ..... I've grown several new scoby's from this one purchase and will soon have a collection of them
