De gehele productie wordt uitgevoerd in ons fabriek in Duitsland. Zodra je hoogwaardige producten de kwaliteitscontrole hebben doorlopen, sturen wij ze je naar huis.
3-laags systeem
Onze stoelhoezen bestaan uit een 3-laags systeem:
1. Hoogwaardige autostof: Uit de auto-industrie
2. 8 mm. Schuimstof: Koudschuim gelamineerd (geschikt voor stoelverwarming)
3. Veiligheidsnet: Voorkomt wrijving (bescherming voor originele stoelen)

Uiteraard zijn onze stoelhoezen geschikt voor airbag en stoelverwarming. De achterkant van de voorstoelen is bovendien uitgerust met royale zakken, zodat je voorwerpen kunt opbergen. Voor een beter, comfortabel en sportief zitgevoel hebben wij ook gezorgd: De flanken zijn krachtig gevoerd bieden daardoor een goede grip.

Ook voor stoelen met riem zonder veel moeite te monteren. Riem op de zitting losmaken, een kleine insnijding in de overtrek met de schaar, bedekken en de riem weer bevestigen.

De stoffen zijn afkomstig van de auto-industrie met een ca. 8 mm schuimrubberen coating.
Lichte kleurafwijkingen door verschillende monitorinstellingen en lichtomstandigheden tijdens het fotograferen mogelijk. !

The covers are really for seats without integral belts but don’t despair. They can be fitted to seat belted seats, look great and are really comfortable.The covers are two piece and are much better to many other one piece coversAs described, you can fit the seat backs quite easily.Unbolt the upper seat belt mount and remove the plastic trim coverFit the seat covers stretching them over and when in place and secured with the Velcro fasteners make a 40mm cut on the upper seat belt anchor point.Remember you can always cut more as you stretch the cover over the seat belt anchor point. Finally replace the plastic trim cover. This is ample to hide the cut point in the seat cover. All great so far.The seat base is not so easy . Due to the wires and mounting brackets access to secure the base cover is difficult in situ.I decided to remove the seat base entirely and when the cover was positioned correctly I secured the elastic ties and pull cords under 3 self tapping screws and large washers strategically placed to pull in the right direction. All is now ready except on mine, the two rear bolting holes were now covered with the seat fabric. As these are 50mm under the seat and will be covered when the seat base is refitted I used my soldering iron to burn two small holes ( 6mm )for the seat securing bolts to the rear. The front mounts are not a problem.I. Bolted the base back on and the covers look and fit greatWell worth the effort.

Seat covers fitted lovely but arm rest covers far too big and don't look good ..such a shame as a good quality product ..I'm going to have to get arm rest covers made smaller some how .. no one to complain to
