I'm happy with this product. I started with the simpler type that just rocks side to side. This one is more challenging but not hard once you get used to it. I use both at a standing desk, switching to the simpler kind if I get tired.The only negative points about this design are that it does creak slighly when using it, and also that because it's two rockers in a cross shape the transition between them isn't completely smooth - you can feel a distinct change when your balance switches from one rocker to the other. This makes it feel a bit weird when you first start using it, but it's fine once you get used to it. It's actually quite fun to try and balance on one specific part of the rocker at a time.
