easy to use, even when fighting a 9 mo old to get his arms in. we wipe it down w a wet paper towel after every use and throw it in the wash every week - 2 weeks (depending on how messy of an eater he is during that time). I like that it folds up flat with snaps and I honestly haven’t tried to fold it back up bc we normally just leave it on his high chair for the next feed. it definitely serves its purpose. we’ve been using it for a little over a month now I believe and it’s still looking and feeling brand new. the velcro works well, it definitely catches the food he drops or spills into his lap. I let him grab the spoon and try to feed himself, a lot of the time he just wants to play so he’ll grab the spoon and smush his fingers through the food, with this smock bib on I let him explore. there’s no way he’s ruining his clothes with this on. definitely recommended, especially if you’re just starting solids (it may be big but that’s ok) and your baby is exploring by grabbing spoons and making a mess!

So these work amazing at keeping the kiddo clean when eating! Only thing that’s a pain is washing and drying it out, I wash and lay it over the sink and it dries quickly. I use it daily and do love it just sucks washing; but it saves huge amount of messes and changing clothes! It’s durable but soft. Perfect thickness and protected the clothes so well! Completely waterproof. It’s like a rain jacket!

These are great for messy meals! I really appreciate the Velcro to do them up compared to other brands that tie up - it’s way more secure! I have put them through the washing machine many times and they still look new! (I air dry them). Would recommend.

It dries quickly, and even messy foods like pasta sauce or curry don’t leave any stains.The only small drawback is that the food-catching pocket doesn’t really stay open — it lays flat, so food doesn’t always get caught in it. But overall, it still does a great job keeping clothes clean. Definitely a must-have for mealtime!
