I bought this so i can record vinyl DJ sessions. Works like a charm. It's also recognised by OBS as audio input. Simply plug and play, no softwayr needed what so ever.You can alsu use this with audacity if need be.

I've had Presonus Audiobox iOne, Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd and 4th Gen and was extremely disappointed with them.The Presonus began crackling on the volumeknob after about a year and thought it was time for Focusrite because of the name... Well I can tell you... the 3rd gen took about half as long before it had the same issue and the 4th gen just took 2 weeks.Unbelievable and waiting for a replacement of the 4th gen version which I will directly sell.I've gone into depth with reviews about the cheaper DAC's and found out this Behringer (which I thought of as a real cheap budgetbrand) has freakin' everything... Good Preamps, headphone output which had finally much more power and the monitoroutputs less power which is exactly my problem with the Focusrites.As far as I can judge this is the best out of the bunch I've had and used and the price is absolutely fair. Can recommend this to anyone that has some home-studio for small productions. I'm doing quite a lot of voice-overs myself but also produce some electronic music.I'm also someone that appreciates just listening to music and I don't hear any difference between all these DAC's so buy the cheap one (Please check out you get a Behringer with the MIDAS Preamps) and enjoy a great product for a fair price.

“Pops” when computer is turned off.Sound is good

Als je je niet gek laat maken door de commercie en het allemaal wel gelooft van Hi-Res, enz. is het vaak een prima dingetje. Uiteindelijk gaat het om geluidsbeleving. Als je dit lekker vindt klinken is het goed. Goede kabels en wat andere software, instellingen op de computer/audioapparaat kunnen bijna wonderen verrichten. Ben je een ware audiofiel? Heb je hele goede oren? Ga je voor een high-end opname? Kijk dan verder. Voor de massa is dit echt super!

I really like the sound quality on these, although I would expect so for the price.Haven't tried it with instruments (yet) but it captures voice well.(Mic attached is a Shure SM58)

Ik sta versteld van hoe goed mijn platenspeler klinkt met deze phono-voorversterker. De USB conversie naar de computer was heel eenvoudig om aan te sluiten en de opnames klinken zeer goed. Enige nadeel is dat ik wel moet USB switchen tussen de computer en de voeding van de versterker om hem uitsluitend te kunnen gebruiken als voorversterker voor de platenspeler.

Gekocht als goedkoper alternatief voor een DAC Shield op een RaspberryPi. Werkt plug-n-play onder Debian/Raspbian en Volumio. Goede geluidskwaliteit.

I got it incomplete, in the user manual it says there should be a cd with asio drivers and audacity and vst plugins, there is no such thing there..And i can't seem to find a way to contact Amazon about this.Bad service imo.

If you want better quality sound than offered by your laptop or computer’s onboard mic/headphone jack, look no further than the Behringer.It isn’t the most robust build but it does its job well and will last a decade or more if you take care of it and store it properly.It’s not flimsy or poorly constructed but it’s plastic so if you use it for gigs you set up and break down - just buy a small padded bag for the 202’s and use it to store them.Mine, and I believe all, have analog in or out as well as a headphone cue port with volume dial. It’s an external DAC, so the USB goes to your computer/tablet or phone, sending digital audio to the DAC which as the name implies - flips ones and zeroes into analog (how we hear) externally and without the noise of the built in jack. As it’s surrounded by heat and noise (electrical noise) from the packed together system that makes a computer. From your C/GPUs to storage power supply and a couple dozen radios (WiFi Bluetooth NFC - dozens of cellular bands and signal types 3G/Edge, LTE, 5G and mm Wave - and multiples of frequencies under each. As well as the different types of controllers; USB, Thunderbolt and HDMI, MagSafe and SD readers - display and battery, you get the point).$25 way of getting excellent audio for amplification out of a computer bypassing the noisy, hot and lesser sounding built in jack.Weighs less than a deck of cards and is plug and play on both macOS and Windows.

So first of all this interface straight out of the box is of sturdy construction and comes with the required usb to hook it up.It provides 48v of phantom power to my DI box no problem, and the preamps have a very distinctive texture that in my opinion are second in sound qualiry only to Audient, who are very expensive and give you less inputs and outputs for your money.Both preamps are that weird hybrid kind that accept both jack leads and xlr cables, possibly more but unsure as i only tend to use those two.The pad that you can toggle to set the preamp to line level or instrument level is pretty nifty and could save you from having to use a di box depending on what you're plugging into it.Direct monitoring is pretty cool too you can switch between stereo and mono, very useful when you use headphones, and can also adjust the mix to the point where you can only hear whats going into the interface, or what's coming out of your DAW, and any blend of the two.As well as the headphone jack on the front it can also have i think it's two sets of monitors hooked up to the back which can be switched between on the front of the interface.Only drawback personally is that the LED system to check levels and clipping is ony like, two lights one green one red but that's fairly common amongst interfaces in and beyond this price range.All this coupled with the fact that it'll probably outlast my laptop and has midi ports on the back, makes me say that this is the ideal audio interface for producers/recording engineers, etc, who are starting a home setup, want a lot of options in terms of functionality and dont want to upgrade for a long time. And it's extremely useful for people of all levels as a portable interface.Fantastic piece of hardware for a fantastic price.

Para quienes les gusta grabar o componer musica y/o videos es indispensable.Precio/Calidad no creo que exista algo mejor.

I use this device in my home studio to record music with to make a song sound more professional and it sounds like I recorded in an analog tape studio even though I have a digital studio!!!
