Complicated set-up, but the included templates are great. The instructions are confusing, mixing metric and inches and not quite fully complete, leaving some bits to the imagination. That said, once it's assembled it works like a charm - the pull-down and push-up is just right. The on-line info is lacking some detail that would be helpful to have - more diagrams or instructions on line would help confidence in making the purchase. A cut list for lumber would be very helpful.

Good luck. It is functional if that is all you care about. But the instructions are terrible and not very detailed. I had to search for instructions to similar items made by other companies to get a better idea of how to construct this and set everything up.
