This board is a perfect fit for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5. It handles the CM5 4GB / 32GB eMMC / WiFi version with excellent results.The board comes with the four standoffs and screws that are required to attach the compute module. It has a very complete set of ports, jumpers, and access points for the GPIO and other pins. It has a place for an NVMe drive and for an SD/TF card.This board has performed perfectly in all its functions. The Pi 5 compute module runs very fast booting from the eMMC into the Raspberry Pi OS. It is able to run a modern browser with no noticeable delays. It can stream 1080p video in full screen without trouble.This board has a fan connector in case you plan to install one.This board makes for a very convenient development environment for Raspberry Pi projects. You can develop projects conveniently on this board and then transfer them to a more specialized Raspberry Pi model.The board does not boot from the SD card by default. The easiest way to get started is to install the eMMC drivers on a host computer and flash the OS to the eMMC.

Can confirm that this IO board does work with the CM4 and BigTreeTech CB1 boards. The board will not power-on unless you're using a direct NON-PD power supply of sufficient Amps. The board seems to have all the necessary functionality for these older boards, haven't found something (yet) that doesn't work but have not tried the PCIe/M.2 stuff yet with the CM4. The board is well constructed, and worked great out of the bag.

The CM5 mates perfectly with this expansion board. The ribbon cable connectors feel premium and lock into place nicely with lots of friction, not loose or crappy like some other boards I've used. I LOVE that this module supports PoE so you can simplify your deployment and reduce cabling.Google the model number of this board (CM5-PoE-BASE-A) to find the wiki page that explains everything you need to do to get this working and set all the options you want to play with. I love the color coded 40 pin header!Recommended!
