Great quality that is expected of the de Buyer brand. Think aluminum with an induction bottom that works on all range types for even heating. The trick is to not use high heat. I do all my cooking at low to medium heat and this seems to preserve the durable non-stick surface. Great size to cooking four eggs or two pieces of fish.

Me encanta, es una buena sartén de aluminio que no pesa mucho aunque podría ser más profunda, pero está muy bien. Todas las sartenes de Buyer van genial, aunque las de hierro puro son demasiado pesadas.

La calidad buena como se espera de De Buyer. Hay que pre-calentarla con tiempo pero luego cumple bien. Esperemos que aguante.

Je suis habitué là la DeBuyer antiadhésive non compatible induction, qui est trés bien sauf sa tendance à bomber assez rapidement, elle est trop fine.Je m'attendais à une poêle bien plus costaud avec celle-ci compatible induction, sauf qu'elle est déjà bombée d'origine avant même la 1ère chauffe!Je pense la retourner...
